Yep, good old "free state" New Hampshire. I just can't really picture it myself.
We don't have any "parking meters," or "cops" for that matter. :) We have a few "peace officers," but I'm not sure what they do all day. I rarely see any of them.
A "crime wave" here is a bar fight and a gas drive off in the same week.
